Description   THIS IS A CUSTOM VALVED COILOVER IN 10/8 SPRING RATES WITH AN ADDITIONAL INCH OF STROKE IN THE REAR TO ACCOMMODATE A HELPER SPRING FOR AN IMPROVED RIDE QUALITY AND THE ABILITY TO TUNE THE AMOUNT OF DROOP IN THE SUSPENSION. SPRING RATES F:10K R:8K The gray line represents full soft and the gold line is full stiff. Velocity is the speed that the piston is moving up and down, measured in inches per second. 1-2 in./sec. is considered low speed, when the car is simply transferring its weight around due to braking, accelerating, or steering inputs. Higher velocities occour from the bumps and undulations in the road itself. The lower settings on this damper allow for a very comfortable ride letting the wheels move up and down quickly and controllably over bumps. The higher settings really sharpen the feel of inputs by the driver making the car feel very planted while steering, accelerating, and braking; all while still lowering damping forces in the higher velocities to allow the car to simply absorb the bumps with minimal upsets to the chassis and the driver. Oversize diameter shocks allow large pistons for ultimate performance and response. 15-way adjustable damping allows the driver to tune the shocks for any conditions and handling characteristics.
